White-label Learning Pod

Senior instructional design and production capacity that can fit inside an agency or L&D team process.

Who it is for

  • Training and custom-learning agencies that have won more work than they can staff
  • Digital and brand agencies holding an L&D client but without instructional design depth
  • Consultancies delivering change or systems programmes with a training workstream attached
  • Internal L&D teams needing overflow capacity that still ships under their own name
  • Software vendors whose partner or customer enablement content outpaces their team

Problems this solves

  • Work has been won and the delivery capacity to service it does not exist yet
  • Hiring takes months and the current peak will be over before a new hire is productive
  • Demand arrives in peaks and troughs, so a permanent role is hard to justify
  • Junior contract capacity is available but senior instructional judgement is not
  • Client-facing work must carry the agency's brand, templates and quality bar, not a supplier's
  • Previous subcontracting produced inconsistent craft and awkward moments in front of the client

What you get

  • discovery support
  • curriculum maps
  • storyboards
  • scripts
  • Rise and Storyline builds
  • QA
  • client review support
  • source-file handoff

How the work runs

The pod works inside your process, under your name, at an agreed cadence.

  1. Discover — Set the working agreement: brand and template rules, tools and file conventions, review path, confidentiality terms, escalation route, and a single accountable contact on each side.
  2. Architect — Fix the capacity block and cadence, the definition of done, the handover format, and how work is briefed in and accepted back.
  3. Build — Work is produced in your tooling and to your standards: analysis, storyboards, development, media, assessment writing, or whichever part of the chain you are short on.
  4. Validate — Every item passes internal QA before it reaches you, so your review is a client-standard check rather than a correction pass.
  5. Improve — Review each cycle together, adjust the cadence, and carry decisions forward into a shared style record so quality does not reset between blocks.

Outputs carry your brand. Client contact happens only if you arrange it. IETERNUS does not name your agency, your clients or your projects in any public material.

A good fit when

  • A defined client process, template set and quality standard already exist to work inside
  • One accountable contact can brief work and accept it back
  • Capacity can be booked in blocks with reasonable visibility of what is coming
  • The judgement being bought is craft and instructional depth, not a brand to put in front of the client
  • Confidentiality matters more than credit

Not a fit when

  • A named supplier logo, credit or case study is wanted as part of the arrangement
  • IETERNUS is expected to own the client relationship, pitch the work, or present as the agency
  • Capacity is expected on demand, same-week, with no booked cadence or forecast
  • The decision will be made on lowest unit cost against high-volume offshore production
  • Named individuals are required for client interviews, CVs, or placement on your payroll — the pod is delivered as an organisation, and no personnel are presented as employees of yours
